Air suspension on a Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Audi or Porsche works hard in Dubai heat. Rubber air springs dry out and crack, and the compressor wears itself out chasing the leak. A car that sits low in the morning is telling you where to look.

We trace the leak, check the compressor and valve block, then look at the shocks, struts, bushes and arms underneath. After suspension work, the wheels are aligned so the tyres wear evenly.

When to bring it in

  • The car sits low on one corner after standing overnight.
  • A suspension fault message on the dash, or the car is stuck at one height.
  • The air compressor runs often, or for a long time.
  • Knocking or clunking over speed bumps.
  • The car keeps bouncing after a bump, or leans hard in corners.
  • Uneven tyre wear, or the steering pulls to one side.

One air spring is leaking. Should I replace all four?

Not automatically. Air springs age together, so we test all four and tell you which ones are leaking. Replacing both springs on the same axle is common, but the choice is yours.

Can I drive the car while it's sitting low?

Drive gently and keep the trip short. A compressor that runs non-stop to fill a leak can burn out, which turns one repair into two. If the car is resting on its bump stops, don't drive it far.
